Indīgie ārstniecības augi un to izmantošana veselības uzlabošanā

Abstract

Cilvēki gadu gaitā iepazīst un ievāc arvien vairāk ārstniecības augus, kas satur tādas vielas, kuras var ārstēt, gan tādas, kuras, uzņemot noteiktās devās, var saindēt. Mūsdienās pieaug to cilvēku skaits, kas labprāt izmanto dabas vielas dažādu veselības problēmu ārstēšanai, taču bieži nepazīst un neapzinās, ka augs, ko ievāc, var būt bīstams dzīvībai. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai cilvēki zina un atpazīst indīgos ārstniecības augus un vai pielieto tos medicīnā, kā arī izpētīt, vai šie augi ir uztura bagātinātājos un bezrecepšu zālēs, kas pieejamas aptiekās un interneta aptiekās. Darbā aprakstīti ārstniecības augi, aptiekas produktos pieejamie indīgie ārstniecības augi un indīgie augi, kas sastopami košumdārzos. Darba ietvaros tika veikta 95 cilvēku anketēšana. Aptaujas rezultāti liecina, ka liela daļa cilvēku interesējas par indīgiem ārstniecības augiem, tos atpazīst un zina to lietošanu medicīnā. Over the years, people learn and harvest more and more medicinal plants that contain substances that can be used as a cure, and those that can cause poisoning if ingested in certain doses. Today, there is a growing number of people who are willing to use natural substances to treat various health problems, but often do not know or realise that the plant they are harvesting can be life threatening. The aim of this work was to find out whether people know and recognise poisonous medicinal plants and whether they use them in medicine, as well as to investigate whether these plants are present in dietary supplements and over-the-counter medicines available in pharmacies and online pharmacies. The work describes medicinal herbs, poisonous herbs available in pharmacy products and poisonous herbs found in herb gardens. A questionnaire survey of 95 people was carried out. The results of the survey show that a large number of people are interested in poisonous medicinal plants, recognise them and know their medicinal uses.
