Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir: Statiskās slodzes riski un ar to saistītie preventīvie pasākumi operāciju māsas darbā. Operāciju māsu darbā ir daudz risku, kas var kļūt par cēloni nelaimes gadījumiem darbā, arī arodsaslimšanām. Operāciju māsas riskē ar savu veselību – darbs piespiedu pozā vienveidīgas kustības, kas veiktas ātrā tempā, smagumu pārvietošanas ( piem. pacienta, smagu komplektu pārvietošana), garas darba stundas un pārslodzes. Statistiskās slodzes dēļ operāciju māsas cieš no tādām arodslimībām kā balsta – kustību aparāta traucējumi, ekstremitāšu sāpes u.c., kā rezultātā paaugstinās risks savainoties operācijas laikā. Visā pasaulē pēdējo desmitgažu laikā tiek pētīta statistiskās slodzes ietekme uz māsu veselību. Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt statiskās slodzes riskus un ar to saistītos preventīvos pasākumus operāciju māsu darbā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti darba uzdevumi: analizēt literatūras avotus par statiskās slodzes riskiem un ar to saistītiem preventīviem pasākumiem operāciju māsu darbā; analizēt statiskās slodzes riskus un ar to saistītos preventīvos pasākumus operāciju māsu darbā saistībā ar māsas Kallistas Rojas Adaptācijas modeli; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu un veikt māsu aptauju operāciju blokā; apkopot un izanalizēt pētījuma rezultātus; balstoties uz iegūtajiem pētījuma rezultātiem izdarīt secinājumus. Tika izvirzīts pētniecības jautājums: Kādi statiskās slodzes riski pastāv operāciju māsu darbā un kādi ar tiem saistītie preventīvie pasākumi tiek veikti? Pētījuma metode: kvalitatīvā – intervija. Pētījuma instruments: daļēji strukturēta intervija. Apkopojot pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus, tika konstatēts, ka operāciju māsu darbā pastāv dažādi statiskās slodzes riski, tiek veikti dažādi preventīvie pasākumi to novēršanai, bet būtu nepieciešams tos uzlabot. SUMMARY The topic of this bachelor's thesis is: Risks of static load and related preventive measures in the work of a surgical nurse. There are many risks in the work of surgical nurses that can lead to accidents at work, including occupational diseases. Surgical nurses risk their health - work in a forced position, uniform movements performed at a fast pace, shifting weights (e.g. moving a patient or heavy sets), long working hours and overloads. Due to the statistical burden, surgical nurses suffer from occupational diseases such as musculoskeletal disorders, limb pain, etc., which leads to an increased risk of injury during surgery. The effects of static stress on the health of the surgical nurses have been studied worldwide in recent decades. The objective of this bachelor's thesis was to study the risks of static load and related preventive measures in the work of surgical nurses. In order to achieve the aim of the work, the following tasks were set: to analyze the sources on the risks of static load and related preventive measures in the work of surgical nurses; to analyze the risks of static load and related preventive measures in the work of surgical nurses in connection with the Adaptation Model of Sister Callista Roy; to develop a research tool and conduct a survey among the surgical nurses; to summarize and analyze the results of the research; draw conclusions based on the results of the study. The following research question was developed: What are the risks of static load in the work of surgical nurses and what preventive measures are taken related to those risks? Research method: qualitative - interview. Research tool: semi-structured interview. Summarizing the results obtained in the study, it was found that there are various risks of static load in the work of surgical nurses, various preventive measures are taken to prevent them, but it would be necessary to improve those measures.
