Vēnu slimības un to riska faktori māsu darbā

Abstract

Pētījuma nosaukums ir „Vēnu slimības un to riska faktori māsu darbā”. Pētījums sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un praktiskās. Ievada daļā var iepazīties ar pētniecības darba aktualitāti, pētījuma mērķi, darba uzdevumiem un pētniecības jautājumu. Teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatīti vēnu slimību veidi, māsas darbs, riska faktori, saistīti ar vēnu saslimšanām, māszinību teoriju pielietojums, un atbilstošas terapijas vēnu slimību profilaksei. Pētnieciskās daļas ietvaros mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode – anketēšana, lai izpētītu riska faktorus, kas ietekmē vēnu slimības māsu darbā. Rakstot darbu tika veikta zinātnisko publikāciju, grāmatu, interneta vietņu un mācību materiālu izpēte un analīze. Pētījuma mērķis: izpētīt riska faktorus, kas ietekmē vēnu slimības māsu darbā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: •Apkopot un analizēt literatūru par vēnu slimībām. •Mary Levines māszinību teoriju pielietot saistībā ar pētījumu. •Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu un veikt pētījumu. •Apkopot iegūtos rezultātus un veikt to analīzi. •Izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt ieteikumus. Pētījuma instruments: anketēšana Hipotēze: Māsu darbā bieži sastopamas vēnu slimības, to būtiskākie riska faktori ir liels darba noslogojums un stress. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā diagrammu veidā apkopoti un izanalizēti anketēšanas procesā iegūtie rezultāti. Pētījuma rezultāti: Darba autores izvirzīta hipotēze par to, ka māsu darbā bieži sastopamas vēnu slimības to būtiskākie riska faktori ir liels darba noslogojums un stress apstiprinājās, izpētot respondentu atbildes, vissvarīgākie riska faktori aptaujāto māsu vidū ir stress un nepietiekama kāju atpūta.

The title of the research is "Venous diseases and their risk factors in nursing". The research consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the introductory part you can get acquainted with the topicality of the research work, the aim of the research, the tasks and the research question. The theoretical part includes the types of venous diseases, nursing, risk factors related to venous diseases, application of nursing theories, and appropriate therapies for the prevention of venous diseases. Within the research part, a quantitative research method was used to achieve the goal - a questionnaire to study the risk factors that affect venous disease in the work of nurses. While writing the work, author used research and analysis of scientific publications, books, websites and study materials. The aim of the study: to investigate the risk factors that influence venous disease in the work of nurses. Tasks of the research: •To compile and analyze the literature on venous diseases •To apply Mary Levine's theory of nursing in connection with the research •To develop a research tool and conduct a research. Summarize the results and analyze them •Draw conclusions and make recommendations Research tool: questionnaire Hypothesis: Vein diseases are common in nursing, the most important risk factors of which are high workload and stress. In the research part of the work, the results obtained in the survey process are summarized and analyzed in the form of diagrams. The results of the research: The author hypothesized that venous diseases are common in nursing, their most important risk factors are high workload and stress was confirmed by examining the answers of the respondents, the most important risk factors among the surveyed nurses are stress and insufficient foot rest.
