Geriatriska pacienta līdzestība rehabilitācijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: geriatriska pacienta līdzestība rehabilitācijā. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato: vecāku cilvēku pieaugušais īpatsvars Latvijā un pasaulē un ar to saistītās veselības aprūpes un rehabilitācijas biežāka nepieciešamība. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot geriatriska pacienta līdzestību rehabilitācijā. Pētniecības uzdevumi: 1.veikt literatūras analīzi par geriatriskiem pacientiem un viņu rehabilitāciju; 2.analizēt Doroteja Oremas māszinību teorijas pielietojumu; 3.izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, intervijas jautājumus; 4.veikt naratīvo pētījumu; 5.analizēt pētījuma iegūtos rezultātus; 6.izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums: kāda ir geriatriska pacienta līdzestība rehabilitācijā? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīva pētījuma stratēģija naratīvais pētījums, ar kontent analīzi. Pētniecības instruments: strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti: tika secināts, ka pacientu līdzestība rehabilitācija procesā ir zema, vairākums intervēto pacientu labprāt veic vingrinājumus, tomēr viņu motivācijas līmenis nav pietiekams, lai to darītu regulāri, kvalitatīvi jeb precīzi pēc ārsta norādījumiem, bez fizioterapeita vai arī mājas apstākļos. Bachelor's thesis topic: geriatric patient equivalence in rehabilitation. The topicality of the topic is justified by: the adult share of older people in Latvia and in the world and the more frequent need for related health care and rehabilitation. Aim of the work: to find out the equivalence of a geriatric patient in rehabilitation. Research tasks: 1. to perform literature analysis on geriatric patients and their rehabilitation; 2. to analyze the application of Dorothy Orem's theory of nursing; 3. to develop a research tool, interview questions; 4. to conduct narrative research; 5. to analyze the results of the research; 6. draw conclusions. Research question: what is the equivalence of a geriatric patient in rehabilitation? Research method: qualitative research strategy, narrative research, with content analysis. Research tool: structured interview. Research results: it was concluded that the equality of patients in the rehabilitation process is low, the majority of interviewed patients like to perform exercises, however, their level of motivation is not sufficient to do it regularly, qualitatively or accurately according to the doctor's instructions, without a physiotherapist or at home.
