SIA AN Management attīstības un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas iespējas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, balstoties un teorētiskām atziņām, kā arī, apkopojot un sistematizējot pieejamos datus, novērtēt SIA “AN Management” konkurētspēju, to ietēmējošos faktorus, uz kā pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma turpmākai attīstībai un izaugsmei. Bakalaura darbā tika analizētas ieguves un karjeru izstrādes nozares attīstības tendences Latvijā, kā arī nozares un uzņēmuma SIA “AN Management” konkurences vide. Veicot SIA “AN Management” darbības finanšu rādītāju analīzi, SVID analīzi un apkopojot ekspertu aptaujas rezultātus, ir novērtēta uzņēmuma konkurētspēja, tās vājās un stiprās puses. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma konkurētspējas palielināšanai.

The aim of the Bachelor Paper is to evaluate competitiveness of “AN Management” Ltd and factors influencing it, on the basis of theoretical opinions and by analysis and systematization of data available, as well as to use it as grounds for elaboration of proposals for further development of the company. The Bachelor Paper analyses development tendencies of quarry and mining sector in Latvia, as well as competitive environment of the sector and the company “AN Management” Ltd. After analysis of “AN Management” Ltd financial indicators, SWOT analysis and summarizing of survey results, company’s competitiveness, its weaknesses, and strengths were evaluated. Proposals for competitiveness increase were developed.
