Abstract

Krāsaino metālu noteikšana augsnes paraugos ar eksprestestu metodi. Leimane I. L., zinātniskais vadītājs doc. Dr.ķīm. Jānis Ģībietis. Bakalaura darbs, 44 lappuses, 35 tabulas, 18 literatūras avoti, 4 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbā ir veikta vairāku, no vides objektiem ņemtu augsnes paraugu analīze ar ūdens paraugiem paredzētiem eksprestestiem un salīdzināta to rezultātu precizitāte ar liesmas atomabsorbciometriskās spektroskopijas analīzes rezultātiem. Darba gaitā tika izpētīta dažādu reaģentu piemērotība augsnes ekstraktu pagatavošanai un lietošanai kopā ar eksprestestiem. Pēc iegūto rezultātu izvērtēšanas tika izgatavots papildinājums esošiem, ūdens paraugiem paredzētiem eksprestestiem, lai tos būtu iespējams izmantot augsnes paraugiem vara un mangāna noteikšanai.

Determination of non-ferrous metals in soil samples using test strip method. Leimane I. L., supervisor doc. Dr.ķīm. Jānis Ģībietis. In this work, the analysis of several soil samples taken from environmental objects with express tests intended for water samples has been performed, and the resulting accuracy of the analysis was compared with the results of flame atomic absorption spectrometry analysis. During the course of this work, the suitability of different reagents for the preparation of soils extracts, and their use together with test strips was investigated. After evaluation of the obtained results, an addition was made to the existing express tests for water samples, so that they could be used for determination of copper and manganese in soil samples.
