Abstract
Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts valsts nekustamā īpašuma cenu indeksu noteikšanai un aprēķinam ar iespēju pielietot īslaicīgu prognozēšanu ar ARIMA modeļiem. Darbā ir izklāstīti galvenie cenu indeksu veidi, to aprēķini un ekonomiskā interpretācija vienkāršā valodā. Dota skice hedoniskās regresijas cenu indeksu aprēķinu iespējām. Aprakstīts Valsts zemes dienestā nekustamā īpašuma konstruētais cenu indekss un tā aprēķins. Izstrādāti dažādu cenu indeksu aprēķinu kodi programmā R.
The bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to the determination of national real estate price indices and calculation with the possibility to apply short-term forecasting with ARIMA models. The work outlines the main types of price indices, their calculations and economic interpretation in simple language. The bachelor’s thesis is provided with hedonic regression price index sketch and calculation possibilities. The price index constructed by the State Land Service for real estate and its calculation are described. Calculation codes for various price indices in program R have been developed.
