Iekšējā komunikācija attālinātā darba apstākļos VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi”

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Iekšējā komunikācija attālinātā darba apstākļos VAS “Valsts nekustamie īpašumi”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā tiek pārvaldīta VNĪ iekšējā komunikācija attālinātā darba apstākļos. Bakalaura darba teorētiskā bāze sastāv no iekšējās komunikācijas raksturojuma un tās nozīmes uzņēmumā, tās funkcijām, pārvaldīšanas un komunikācijas kanāliem. Darbā iekļauta teorija par organizācijas kultūra, organizācijas krīzi un komunikācijas pārvaldīšanu krīzē. Izmantojot kontentanalīzi, aptaujas anketu un intervijas, veikts pētījums par uzņēmuma iekšējo komunikāciju attālinātā darba apstākļos. Darba noslēgumā izdarīti galvenie secinājumi, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi iekšējās komunikācijas pilnveidošanai. The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is Internal communication in remote working conditions in SJSC “State Real Estate". The aim of the work is to find out how the internal communication of VNI is managed in the conditions of remote work. The theoretical basis of the bachelor's thesis consists of the characteristics of internal communication and its significance in the company, its functions, management and communication channels. The work includes the theory of organizational culture, organizational crisis and communication management in crisis. Using content analysis, questionnaire and interviews, a study of the company's internal communication in remote work conditions has been conducted. At the end of the work, the main conclusions are made, as well as proposals for the improvement of internal communication are developed.
