Abstract
Maģistra darbā ,,Pārsūdzētā administratīvā akta darbība” autore pēta vispārīgu pārsūdzētā administratīvā akta darbības apturēšanas principu, kā arī izņēmumus, kad pārsūdzētā administratīvā akta darbība netiek apturēta. Darba mērķis ir konkretizēt vispārīgo pārsūdzētā administratīvā akta darbības apturēšanas principu, kā arī izpētīt likumā noteiktos izņēmumus no šī principa.
In the master's thesis ,,Action of appealed administrative act” the author studies the general principle of suspension of the operation of the appealed administrative act, as well as exceptions when the operation of the appealed administrative act is not suspended. The aim of the work is to specify the general principle of suspension of the appealed administrative act, as well as to study the exceptions to this principle specified by law.
