Digitālie rīki preventīvās mācību disciplīnas nodrošināšanai

Abstract

Maģistra darbā aprakstītā pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt teorētiskos klasvadības aspektus un digitālo platformu pedagoģiskās iespējas, lai nodrošinātu preventīvo disciplīnu mācību darbā. Pētījuma jautājums: kā digitālie rīki sniedz atbalstu skolotājiem preventīvās mācību disciplīnas nodrošināšanai? Mācību disciplīnas problēmas skolās mudina meklēt jaunas pedagoģiskas un tehnoloģiskas iespējas. Preventīvais darbs tiek veikts, lai nodrošinātu, ka mācību traucējošā uzvedība klasē netiek pieļauta, tā tiek apsteigta. Pētījuma veids: gadījuma pētījums, konstatējošais pētījums. Teorētiskās metodes: teorētiskās literatūras analīze. Empīriskās. Datu ieguve: anketēšana. Datu apstrāde: statistiskās apstrādes metodes (MS Excel), kontentanalīze, tematiskā analīze. Empīriskajā daļā izmantota aptaujas anketa respondentiem, kas ir Latvijas skolu skolotāji, un digitālo rīku izvērtēšana, kurā tiek izmantoti aspekti, kas tika definēti, izrietot no teorijas analīzes un aptaujas anketas analīzes. Primāri, digitālie rīki izvērtēti pēc tā, vai tas ir paredzēts klasvadības attiecīgajam aspektam, kas palīdz nodrošināt preventīvo disciplīnu. Sekundāri tika izvērtēts, ņemot vērā funkcionalitātes kritērijus (bezmaksas, ērti izmantot, vizuāli pievilcīgs, plašas izmantošanas iespējas, izmantojami klātienes vai attālinātajās mācībās, vai kombinēti). Pētījuma rezultātā noskaidrots, kā digitālie rīki palīdz nodrošināt preventīvo disciplīnu mācību darbā. Digitālie rīki palīdz laika plānošanai, sekošanai noteikumu izpildei, dalīšanai grupās, vietas maiņai, apbalvojumu izmantošanai, uzmanības piesaistei un noturēšanai, atgriezeniskajai saitei un klases rutīnu veidošanai. Tika atklāta digitālo rīku funkcionalitāte.

The aim of the research described in the Master's Paper is to study the possible aspects of theoretical classroom management and the pedagogical possibilities of digital platforms in order to ensure preventive discipline in teaching. The research question: how do digital tools support teachers in ensuring preventive learning discipline? The problems with study discipline in schools encourage the search for new pedagogical and technological solutions. Preventative work is done to ensure that disruptive behavior in the classroom is not allowed, but anticipated. Type of research: case study, exploratory study. Theoretical methods: analysis of theoretical literature. Empirical. Data acquisition: questionnaire. Data processing: statistical processing methods (MS Excel), content analysis, thematic analysis. The empirical part applies the questionnaire for Latvian school teachers and the evaluation of digital tools, which uses aspects that were defined from the analysis of the theory and the analysis of the questionnaire. The digital tools primarily were evaluated for their relevance to the aspects of classroom management that help to ensure preventive discipline. The criteria of functionality was evaluated secondarily (free of charge; easy to use; visually appealing; with a wide range of options; in-person or distance learning, or a combination of both). As a result of the research, it was clarified how digital tools help to ensure preventive discipline in teaching. Digital tools help with scheduling, meeting rules, grouping, relocation, awarding, drawing and holding attention, giving feedback, and building classroom routines. The functionality of digital tools has been revealed.
