Vecāku un pedagogu sadarbība kā sākumskolas skolēnu mācīšanās motivācijas veicināšanai

Abstract

Darba autors: Jolanta Vāvere Bakalaura darba temats: “Vecāku un pedagogu sadarbība kā sākumskolas skolēnu mācīšanās motivācijas veicināšanai”. Darba vadītājs – docente Dr. paed. Sanita Baranova. Darba veids – bakalaura darbs studiju programmā – Pirmsskolas un sākumizglītības skolotājs Darba mērķis: Izpētīt sākumskolas skolēnu mācīšanās motivācijas veicināšanu vecāku un pedagogu sadarbībā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika: • analizēti dažādu autoru uzskati un atziņas par sākumskolas skolēnu mācīšanās motivāciju veicināšanu; • noskaidrots vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības būtības raksturojums; • izvērtēta skolēnu mācīšanās motivācijas būtība un īpatnības; Darbs sastāv no divām daļām – teorētiskās un praktiskās. Teorētiskajā daļā sniegts apraksts par sākumskolas skolēnu mācīšanās motivācijas veicināšanu, uzmanību pievēršot dažādām aktivitātēm, metodēm, kuras izmantojamas. Praktiskajā pētījuma daļā tika anketēti sākumskolas pedagogi, kuri izteica savu viedokli par mācīšanās motivācijas nozīmīgumu. Vecākiem tika piedāvātas anketas, kurās viņi izteica savu viedokli par sadarbību ar pedagogiem un anketa vecākiem, kurā sniedza atbildes par to, kā atbalsta savu bērnu mācību procesā gan mācoties skolā, gan mājās attālināti. Darba autore, apkopojot iegūtos rezultātus secināja, ka sākumskolas skolēniem ir nepieciešams atbalsts sevišķi, kad mācību process norisinās attālināti, tad nu vecāki ir tie, kuriem sadarbojoties ar pedagogiem būtu jāiesaistās vairāk, jāatbalsta un jārada atbilstoša vide, lai bērns justos labi, vēlētos mācīties, iesaistīties. Pētījumā apstiprinājās pētījuma jautājums – Kā vecāku un pedagogu sadarbība veicina sākumskolas skolēnu mācīšanās motivāciju? Atslēgas vārdi – sākumskolas skolēni, mācīšanās motivācija, sadarbība, vecāki, pedagogi. Darbs sastāv no 60 lappusēm, 2 tabulām, 9 attēliem, 7 pielikumiem, 54 izmantotajiem literatūras un informācijas avotiem.

To achieve the goal, it was used: • the views and opinions of various authors on the promotion of learning motivation of primary school students are analyzed; • the description of the essence of cooperation between parents and teachers has been clarified; • the essence and peculiarities of students' learning motivation are evaluated; The work consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part provides a description of the promotion of learning motivation of primary school children, focusing on various activities, methods to be used. In the practical part of the research, primary school teachers were interviewed, who expressed their opinion on the importance of learning motivation. Parents were offered questionnaires in which they expressed their views on cooperation with teachers and a questionnaire for parents, which provided answers on how to support their children in the learning process, both at school and at home. Summarizing the obtained results, the author concluded that primary school students need support, especially when the learning process takes place remotely, then parents are the ones who should cooperate more with teachers, support and create an appropriate environment for the child to feel good, want to learn, get involved. The research confirmed the hypothesis - If primary school teachers purposefully cooperate with parents, then the motivation of students to learn will be promoted.
