Humora stilu, subjektīvās labklājības un apmierinātības ar partnerattiecībām savstarpējās saistības

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot saistības starp humora stiliem, apmierinātību ar partnerattiecībām un subjektīvo labklājību, un izpētīt dzimumatšķirības. Respondenti (N=111) pildīja Humora stilu aptauju (Humor Styles Questionnaire), Apmierinātības ar partnerattiecībām aptauju (Comprehensive Marital Satisfaction Scale) un Apmierinātības ar dzīvi skalu (Satisfaction With Life Scale). Rezultāti atklāja statistiski nozīmīgas, pozitīvas saistības starp biedrisko humora stilu un pašuzmundrinošo humora stilu, agresīvo humora stilu un sevi noliedzošo humora stilu, subjektīvo labklājību un apmierinātību ar partnerattiecībām. Būtiskas negatīvas saistības uzrādījās starp subjektīvo labklājību un sevi noliedzošo humora stilu, apmierinātību ar partnerattiecībām un agresīvo humora stilu. Starp dzimumiem būtiskas atšķirības ir agresīvā humora stila rādītājos: vīriešiem tie ir augstāki nekā sievietēm.

The goal of this study was to explore the connections between humor styles, relationship satisfaction and subjective well-being, and to determine sex differences. Respondents (N=111) completed the Humor Styles Questionnaire, Comprehensive Marital Satisfaction Scale, and Satisfaction With Life Scale. The results revealed statistically significant, positive correlations between the affiliative humor style and the self-encouraging humor style, the aggressive humor style and the self-defeating humor style, subjective well-being and relationship satisfaction. Significant negative correlations emerged between subjective well-being and self-defeating humor style, relationship satisfaction and an aggressive humor style. Significant sex differences were identified in the level of aggressive humor style: for men it is higher than for women.
