Abstract

‘’Ergonomiskie darba vides riski biroja darbiniekiem strādājot attālināti, un praktiskie risinājumi’’. Kristaps Kristapsons., Bakalaura darba vadītāja asoc. profesore Ženija Roja. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām: literatūras analīze un apraksts, empīriskais pētījums un rezultāti, praktiskie risinājumi. Bakalaura darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi, lai pētītu un novērtētu attālināti nodarbināto ergonomiskos darba vides riskus. Informācijas ieguve tika nodrošināta, veicot aptauju par darba vietas un telpas atbilstību, darba vietas iekārtojuma atbilstību, organizatoriskajiem jautājumiem. Literatūras analīze uzrādīja, ka attālinātā darbā nodarbinātie pamatā pakļauti ergonomiskiem riskiem, piespiedu darba pozām, psihoemocionālajam stresam. Aptaujas rezultāti apliecināja, ka ergonomiskie riski darbā ir dominējošie, bet nodarbinātos attālināti ietekmē arī citi organizatoriska rakstura riski. Papildu, analizējot aptaujā iegūtos rezultātus, tika izmantota Somijas 5 baļļu puskvantitatīvā metode, lai novērtētu esošos darba vides riskus attālinātā darba veicējiem. Šie rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar birojā nodarbināto darba vides riskiem. Iegūtie dati liecina, ka nodarbinātie, kas veic darbu attālināti, ir vairāk pakļauti ergonomiskajiem darba vides riskiem, jo darbi pie datora tiek veikti pielāgotās telpās, bet darba aprīkojums bieži neatbilst ergonomiskajām prasībām. Izstrādāti praktiski risinājumi. Darbs sagatavots uz 66 lpp., darbā ietvertas 12 tabulas, 16 attēli, 55 informācijas avoti un 2 pielikumi. Bachelor's thesis consists of 3 chapters: literature analysis and description, empirical research and results, practical solutions. The bachelor's thesis is designed to study and assess the ergonomic risks of employees working remotely. The acquisition of information was ensured by conducting a survey on the adequacy of the workplace and premises, the adequacy of the workplace layout, organizational issues. The analysis of the literature showed that employees working remotely are mainly exposed to ergonomic risks, forced labor postures, psycho-emotional stress. The results of the survey confirmed that ergonomic risks are predominant at work, but employees are affected by other organizational risks. In addition, analyzing the results of the survey, the Finnish 5-point semi-quantitative method was used to assess the existing work environment risks for employees working remotely. These results were compared with the risks of the work environment of the employees who work in office. The obtained data show that employees who work remotely are more exposed to the ergonomic risks of the work environment, because the work at the computer is performed in adapted premises, but the work equipment often does not meet the ergonomic requirements. Practical solutions have been developed. The work is prepared on 66 pages, the work includes 12 tables, 16 figures, 55 information sources and 2 appendices.
