The first chapter summarizes and analyses literature on the risks of the work environment of the electrician profession, the importance of assessing the risks of work environment and discusses the accident statistics that have occurred in Latvia. The second chapter describes the methods used in the study. A compilation of the data obtained and an analysis of the results has been carried out in the third chapter. The fourth chapter deals with the development of preventive measures to reduce and eliminate the risk factors of the work environment.
