Riski uzņēmuma: to būtība, novērtēšanas metodes un veidi

Abstract

Ņemot vērā ekonomisko situāciju pandēmijas dēļ, būvniecības uzņēmums SIA “X” ir ieinteresēts maksimāli precīzi izvērtēt iespējamos riskus uzņēmumā darbībā, lai kontrolētu savus izdevumus un ienākumus. Vietējā līmenī pētījuma problēma ir efektīvāko riska pārvaldes rīku meklēšana. Risku vadība veicina risku iepriekšēju novēršanu, sekmē lēmumu pieņemšanu, palīdz noteikt prioritātes un sadalīt uzņēmuma resursus, nodrošinot dziļāku izpratni par potenciālo risku un iespējamo nevēlamo rezultātu. Bakalaura darba izstrādes mērķis - novērtēt uzņēmuma SIA “X” riskus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus risku samazināšanai tautsaimniecības apstākļos Latvijā. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai ir nepieciešams veikt sekojošus nozīmīgākos uzdevumus: 1.apkopot literatūru par risku vadības būtību, novērtēšanas metodēm un veidiem; 2.izvērtēt uzņēmuma SIA “X” risku vadīšanu; 3.veikt SIA “X” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi, tai skaitā finanšu analīzi; 4.izstrādāt risku vadības uzlabošanas risinājumus uzņēmumam SIA “X”; 5.izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Darba struktūru nosaka uzdevumu izpildes secība. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem, kā arī izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Pirmajā, teorētiskajā nodaļā autoram ir jāsagatavo pētījuma pamats, apskatot literatūru par risku vadības būtību, novērtēšanas metodēm un veidiem. Otrajā nodaļā darba autors izvērtē uzņēmuma SIA “X” risku vadīšanu, kā arī veic SIA “X” saimnieciskās darbības analīzi, tai skaitā finanšu analīzi. Uz tā rezultātu pamata darba trešajā nodaļā ir izstrādāti risku vadības uzlabošanas risinājumi uzņēmumam SIA “X”. Bakalaura darba apjoms veido 60 lpp (bez pielikumiem). Darbā izmantoti 12 attēli, 10 tabulas un 41 literatūras avoti. Darbam pievienoti 2 pielikumi.

Taking into account the economic situation due to the pandemic, the construction company SIA “X” is interested in assessing the possible risks in the company's operations as accurately as possible in order to control its expenses and income. At the local level, the research challenge is to find the most effective risk management tools. Risk management facilitates the prevention of risks, facilitates decision-making, helps to set priorities and allocate company resources, providing a deeper understanding of potential risks and potential adverse outcomes. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the risks of the company SIA "X" and to develop proposals for reducing risks in the economic conditions in Latvia. In order to achieve the set goal, it is necessary to perform the following most important tasks: 1. to compile literature on the nature of risk management, assessment methods and types; 2. to evaluate the risk management of the company SIA “X”; 3. to perform the analysis of the economic activity of SIA “X”, including the financial analysis; 4. to develop risk management improvement solutions for the company SIA “X”; 5. draw conclusions and make proposals. The structure of the work is determined by the sequence of tasks. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, as well as a list of references. In the first, theoretical chapter, the author must prepare the basis of the research by reviewing the literature on the nature of risk management, assessment methods and methods. In the second chapter, the author evaluates the risk management of SIA “X”, as well as performs the analysis of SIA “X” economic activity, including financial analysis. Based on its results, in the third chapter of the work, risk management improvement solutions for the company SIA “X” have been developed. The volume of the bachelor's thesis is 60 pages (without appendices). 12 figures, 10 tables and 41 references are used in the work. 2 appendices are attached to the work.
