Uzņēmuma SIA “Daiļrade koks” konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas iespējas.

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt konkurētspējas faktorus, priekšrocības un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma SIA “Daiļrade koks” attīstības iespējām nākotnē. Darba autore darba ietvaros ir aplūkojusi konkurētspējas nozīmi mūsdienās un kā tā ietekmē uzņēmuma darbību. Pirmajā nodaļa ir aplūkota teorētiskā informācija par konkurētspējas būtību, jēdzienu un veidiem. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēta nozare kurā darbojas uzņēmums, tā saimnieciskā darbība un pielietotas konkurētspējas novērtēšanas metodes. Trešajā nodaļā ir veikta ekspertīze par to, kādi faktori ietekmē uzņēmuma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas iespējas. Bakalaura darbā ir veikti secinājumi par konkurētspēju, tās veidiem, kokapstrādes nozari, uzņēmuma darbību un ekspertu aptauju. No izrietošajiem secinājumiem tika izteikti priekšlikumi, kuri spētu paaugstināt uzņēmuma SIA “Daiļrade koks” konkurētspējas iespējas. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to investigate the factors of competitiveness, advantages and to identify advantages for SIA “Daiļrade koks” future development. The author of the work has looked at the importance of competitiveness today and how it affects the company’s operations. The first chapter deals with theoretical information on the nature, concept, and types of competitiveness. The second chapter analyzes the industry in which the company operates, it’s economic activity and applied competitiveness assessment methods. In the third chapter, is made expertise of the factors influencing the company’s ability to increase competitions performance. The bachelor's thesis has drawn conclusions about competitiveness, its types, the woodworking industry, the company's activities, and a survey of experts. From the following conclusions, proposals were made that would be able to increase the competitiveness opportunities of the company SIA "Daiļrade koks".
