Bezdarbs Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Bezdarbs Latvijā”. Bezdarbs Latvijā ir aktuāla problēma gan pieaugušo, gan jauniešu vidū. Cilvēki, kuri ir darbspējīgi un ir atbilstoši kvalifikācijai, nespēj atrast darbu par atbilstošu darba atalgojumu. Šī problēma samazina ne tikai iedzīvotaju labklājību un domāšanu, bet arī Latvijas kā valsts labklājību kopumā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir apskatīt bezdarba teorētiskos aspektus, izanalizēt esošo bezdarba situāciju Latvijā, iegūt ar aptaujas “Nelegālā nodarbinātība Latvijā” palīdzību informācīju - kāpēc cilvēki izvelās stradāt bez rakstiska darba līguma, kurās nozarēs un sniegt priekšlikumus bezdarba samazināšanai Latvijā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba saturs sastāv no 68 lapām, 24 attēliem, 1 tabulas, 41 izmantotās literatūras un avotiem, 1 pielikuma. The subject of the bachelor thesis is “Unemployment in Latvia”. Unemployment in Latvia is a topical problem for both adults and young people. People who are able to work and have qualifications are unable to find work for adequate pay. This problem reduces not only the well-being of the population and thinking, but also the well-being of Latvia as a country as a whole. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to look at the theoretical aspects of unemployment, analyze the current unemployment situation in Latvia, get information with the help of the survey "Illegal employment in Latvia" - why people choose to work without a written employment contract, in which sectors and provide proposals to reduce unemployment in Latvia. The bachelor thesis consists of three chapters, conclusion and proposal. The content of the work consists of 68 pages, 24 pictures, 1 table, 41 used literature and sources, 1 annex.
