Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ,,Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēmas pārvaldes organizēšana un perspektīvas’’ ir aktuāla tēma, jo veselības aprūpe ir pamatfaktors valsts sistēmā un nozare, kas ietekmē katru Latvijas valsts iedzīvotāju un ir ļoti svarīgi, lai kopējā sabiedrības nostāja par veselības aprūpes sistēmas politiku un kvalitāti valstī ir pozitīva. Darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatītas Latvijas veselības sistēmu veidojošās un uzraugošās iestādes, Latvijas veselības aprūpes organizācija un vadība, veselības nozares normatīvo aktu regulējums un veselības aprūpes attīstības plāni. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti rādītāji, kas raksturo veselības aprūpes sistēmu Eiropā un kā Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēma pozicionējas šajos rādītājos. Maģistra darba praktiskajā daļā ir veikta analīze par Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēmas pārvaldes problēmām un izstrādātas iespējamās perspektīvas Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Darba rezultātā tiek izstrādātas perspektīvas Latvijas veselības aprūpes sistēmas pilnveidošanai. Darba apjoms ir 87 lapas. Darbs veidots no ievada, trīs nodaļām, kopsavilkuma, 61 literatūras avotiem.

The topic of the master's thesis "Organization and perspectives of Latvian health care system administration" is a actual topic, because health care is a key factor in the state system and a sector that affects every inhabitant of Latvia and it is very important that the general public position on health care system policy and quality in the country is positive. The first chapter examines the institutions that form and monitor the Latvian health care system, the organization and management of health care in Latvia, the regulation of health care and health care development plans. The second chapter examines the indicators that characterize the health care system in Europe and how the Latvian health care system positions itself in these indicators. In the practical part of the master's thesis, an analysis of the problems of the Latvian health care system management has been performed and possible perspectives for the improvement of the Latvian health care system have been developed. As a result of the work, perspectives for the improvement of the Latvian health care system are being developed. Thesis consists of 87 pages. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, summary, 61 literature source.
