ĶĪMISKO ELEMENTU SATURA SADALĪJUMS KVIEŠOS, ATKARĪBĀ NO AUGSNES MĒSLOJUMA UN KVIEŠU ATTĪSTĪBAS STADIJAS. Dežurovs M., zinātniskā vadītāja Dr.chem. Rudoviča V., konsultante Mg. chem., pētniece Buša L. Maģistra darbs 41 lappuses, 15 attēli, 10 tabulas, 47 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā. Pētnieciskā darbā ir veikta bioloģiski un konvencionāli audzētu kviešu ķīmisko elementu satura analīze dažādās kviešu attīstības stadijās. Darbs veikts sadarbībā ar AREI Stendes institūta kolēģiem, kviešus audzējot parauglaukumos. Veikta kviešu paraugu ievākšana, mineralizācija un ķīmisko elementu analīze, izmantojot ICP-MS analīzes metodi. Izvērtēts metālisko elementu sadalījums kviešu lapās, stublājos un graudos atkarībā no saimniecības veida. Ķīmisko elementu masas koncentrācijas kviešu augu daļās savā starpā salīdzināja, izmantojot galveno komponentu analīzi. ELEMENTANALĪZE, ICP-MS, KVIEŠI, KVIEŠU ATTÏSTÏBAS STADIJAS, PCA CONTENT OF CHEMICAL ELEMENTS IN WHEAT ACCORDING TO SOIL FERTILIZATION AND STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF WHEAT. The analysis of the chemical element content of biologically and conventionally grown wheat at different stages of wheat development has been performed in the research work. The work was carried out in cooperation with colleagues from the AREI Stende Institute, growing wheat in different plots. Collection of wheat samples, mineralization and analysis of chemical elements using ICP-MS analysis method. The ratios of stable isotopes in wheat leaf, stem and grain samples depending on the type of agricultural method were evaluated. The mass concentrations of the chemical elements in the parts of the wheat plants were compared using the principal component analysis. ELEMENTAL ANALYSIS, ICP-MS, WHEAT, WHEAT DEVELOPMENT STAGES, PCA
