Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Krūts vēža pacientu dzīves kvalitāte pēc pabeigtas staru terapijas. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka krūts vēža izplatība mūsdienās. Krūts vēzis ir visizplatītākā sieviešu vēža forma pasaulē, diagnosticējot krūts vēzi, ir svarīgi noteikt vēža stadiju, jo no tā ir atkarīga ārstēšanas izvēle, kura šajā gadījumā ir staru terapija. Staru terapija ir viena no krūts vēža ārstēšanas metodēm, kuras pamatā ir augstas jonizējošā starojuma dozas piegāde vēža šūnām, tajā pat laikā maksimāli pasargājot apkārtējos veselos audus. Ārstēšanas metode var nenormalizēt simptomus, bet būtiski var uzlabot pacientu dzīves kvalitāti pēc pabeigtas staru terapijas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot krūts vēža pacientu dzīves kvalitāti pēc pabeigtas staru terapijas. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši pētniecības uzdevumi: apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par krūts vēzi; apkopot un analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par staru terapiju; veikt pētījumu, pēc kā izteikt priekšlikumus situācijas uzlabošanai; apkopot un analizēt rezultātus, veikt secinājumus. Pētniecības instruments – pacienti ar krūts vēzi. Pētniecības metode ir kvalitatīvais pētījums. Darba apjoms sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, apzīmējumu saraksta, ievada, 3 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām, 4 attēliem, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un 2 pielikumiem. The topic of the bachelor paper is "Quality of life of breast cancer patients after completion of radiotherapy". Significance of the topic is defined by prevalence of breast cancer nowadays. Breast cancer is the most common form of cancer within women worldwide. When diagnosing breast cancer, it is important to determine stage of the cancer, because the choice of treatment, which in this case is radiotherapy, depends on it. Radiation therapy is one of the treatment methods for breast cancer, which is based on the delivery of high doses of ionizing radiation to cancer cells, while at the same time protecting the surrounding healthy tissues to the maximum. The method of treatment may not normalize symptoms, but may significantly improve the quality of life of patients after completion of radiotherapy. The aim of bachelor paper is to research the quality of life of breast cancer patients after the completion of radiation therapy. To achieve the aim, the following methods of research were put forward: to study the scientific literature on breast cancer; to study the scientific literature on radiation therapy; to carry out a study and then offer suggestions for improving the situation; summarize and analyze the results, draw conclusions. Research tool - Breast cancer patients. The research method is qualitative research.
