Pētījuma metodes: 1. Zinātniskās literatūras analīze. 2. Aptauja – aptaujas lapa ar speciāli izstrādātu jautājumu sarakstu, ko izmantot anektēšanā. 3. Intervija – interviju lapa ar speciāli izstrādātiem jautājumiem, ko izmantot cilvēku apjautāšanai 4. Datu analīze un secinājumu veikšana. Darba rezultāts: Kofeīns ir stimulants, nesatur uzturvērtības, ir bez garšas, tiek uzskatīts par narkotiku, tādēļ liela daļa jauniešu to lieto ikdienā. Ir daudzi pētījumi, kas apliecina, ka kofeīns uzlabo sportisko sniegumu. Methods of research: 1. Analysis of scientific literature. 2. Questionnaire – a questionnaire with a specially developed list of questions to be used in the survey. 3. Interview – an interview sheet with specially designed questions to be used to interview people. 4. Data analysis and drawing conclusions. Results: Caffeine is a stimulant, does not contain nutrition, is tasteless, is considered a drug, so a large proportion of young people use it daily. There are many studies that show caffeine improves athletic performance. Work structure: The work consists of an introduction, 3 main sections, 17 subsections, a conclusion, a list of references and one appendix.
