Bumbas pieņemšana 10 gadus veciem zēniem spēles laikā

Abstract

Darba tēma: „Bumbas pieņemšana 10 gadus veciem zēniem spēles laikā”. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt bumbas pieņemšanas apguvi ar pēdas iekšmalu futbola spēlē un aprobēt autora izstrādāto metodisko sistēmu 10 gadus veciem zēniem. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Darba teorētiskajā daļā aplūkota pētījumam nepieciešamā teorētiskā literatūra un avoti par bumbas pieņemšanas mācību metodiku Vācijas un Latvijas futbola sistēmās, kā arī 10 gadus vecu bērnu raksturojums. Praktiskajā daļā aplūkots autora izstrādātais metodiskais materiāls “Bumbas pieņemšana 10 gadus veciem zēniem”, kā arī veikts pētījums par šo autora izstrādāto metodisko materiālu. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka autora izvēlētā metodika materiālā “Bumbas pieņemšana 10 gadus veciem zēniem” dod pozitīvus rezultātus, jo izmantojot šo metodisko materiālu bērnu rezultāti kopumā uzlabojās. Theme of the work: „Receiving of the ball during the game for 10 year old boys.” Goal of the work: To study the learning of how to receive the ball with inner side of foot during football game, and approbate the methodical system developed by the author for 10 year old boys. The work consists of two parts. In theoretical part of the work theoretical literature essential for the research and sources about training methodology of receiving the ball in football systems of Germany and Latvia has been looked at, as well as characteristic of 10 year old children. In the practical part of the work methodical material „Receiving of the ball for 10 year old boys” developed by the author had been looked at, and a research about this author’s developed methodical material has been made. Results of the research show that the methodology chosen by the author in the material „Receiving of the ball for 10 year old boys” gives positive results: using this methodical material, the results of children alltogether imroved.
