Pusaudžu izvairīgas/ierobežojošas pārtikas uzņemšanas traucējuma iezīmju, sensorā jutīguma un internalizētu uzvedības problēmu sakarības

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir izpētīt ARFID iezīmju, sensorā jutīguma un internalizēto uzvedības problēmu sakarības pusaudžiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 271 pusaudzis 14 – 18 gadu vecumā. Pētījumā tika izmantotas trīs aptaujas – Deviņu jautājumu ARFID aptauja, Īpaši jutīga bērna aptauja, Ahenbaha jaunieša uzvedības pašnovērtēšanas aptaujas internalizēto uzvedības problēmu skalas. Rezultāti parādīja, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas pozitīvas saistības starp pusaudžu ARFID iezīmēm, sensoro jutīgumu un internalizētām uzvedības problēmām. Meitenēm tika novērotas izteiktākas ARFID iezīmes, sensorais jutīgums un internalizētas uzvedības problēmas nekā zēniem. Internalizētas uzvedības problēmu kopējie rādītāji prognozē ARFID iezīmes pusaudžiem. Somatiskās raizes kopā ar zemu sensitivitātes slieksni un estētisku jutību ir statistiski nozīmīgi prognozētāji ARFID iezīmēm pusaudžiem.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the relationship between ARFID presentations, sensory sensitivity and internalised behavioral problems in adolescents. The participants of the research were 271 adolescents aged 14-18 years. Three scales were used in the research: The Nine Item ARFID Screen, Highly Sensitive Child Scale and Youth Self-Report internalised behavioral problem scales. The results of the research indicate that there exists a statistically significant positive relation between the adolescent ARFID presentations and sensory sensitivity and internalised behavioral problems. More pronounced ARFID presentations, sensory sensitivity and internalised behavioral problems were observed in adolescent girls than in boys. Internalised behavioral problem overall indicators predict ARFID presentations with adolescents. Somatic complaints along with low sensory threshold and aesthetic sensitivity are statistically significant predictors of ARFID presentations with adolescents.
