Pētījumu mērķis: Noskaidrot par 5-6 gadīgu bērnu pamatkustību apguves sekmēšanu sporta nodarbībās. Teorētiskā daļā aplūkots: •Pamatkustības un to nozīme bērna fiziskajā attīstībā. Kādas fiziskās īpašības tiek sekmētas pareizas kustības izpildes gadījumā; •Pirmsskolas sporta nodarbības saturs. Mācību vielas apgūšanai tiek iesaistīti vingrinājumi, šķēršļu joslas, kustību rotaļas utml.; •5-6 gadīgu bērnu pamatkustību apguve sporta nodarbībā. Kā mācību procesā iespējams apgūt katru no pamatkustībām. Praktiskajā daļā: Tika pētīti vidējā vecuma pirmsskolas vecuma bērni. Kāds bērnam apguves līmenis un vai apguvuši pilnvērtīgi pamatkustības- rāpošana un lēkšana. Izvirzot kritērijus katrai no šīm pamatkustībām, tika pētīti bērnu sasniegumi pirms pētījuma uzsākšanas un pēc. Tika izveidotas tabulas un diagrammas kurā vērojama bērnu attīstība. The aim of research: To find out about promoting the learning of basic movements of 5-6-year-old children in sports lessons. The theoretical part consists of: • Basic movements and their importance in the child's physical development. What physical characteristics are promoted in case of correct movement execution; • Content of preschool sports lessons. Exercises, obstacle courses, movement games, etc. are involved in learning the subject matter; • Learning the basic movements of 5-6-year-old children in a sports lesson. How to learn each of the basic movements in the learning process. In the practical part: Middle-aged preschool children were studied. What is the child's learning level and have they fully mastered basic movements - crawling and jumping. By establishing criteria for each of these basic movements, the children's achievements were studied before and after the start of the study. Tables and charts were created to show children's development.
