Pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu priekštati par veselīga dzīvesveida veicināšanu

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Daina Kurpniece Kvalifikācijas darba vadītāja: Valentīna Romenkova Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: Pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu priekštati par veselīga dzīvesveida veicināšanu. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot, kādi ir pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu priekšstati par veselīgu dzīvesveidu un realizēt veselīga dzīvesveida veicināšanas aktivitātes pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem. Kvalifikācijas darba autore šādu tēmu izvēlējās, jo vēlējās aktualizēt veselīga dzīvesveida būtību, noskaidrot, cik gatavi vecāki ir iesaistīties, lai veicinātu bērnu izpratni par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Darba autorei bija svarīgi iesaistīt jebkuru pētāmās grupas bērnu kādā no veidotajām aktivitātēm. Pētījums sastāv no divām daļām- darba teorētiskās daļas un pētījuma daļas. Darba teorētiskajā daļā darba autore analizēja zinātniskās un pedagoģiskās literatūras avotus, lai izanalizētu dažādu autoru viedokļus par pirmsskolas vecuma bērna veselīga dzīvesveida būtību un struktūru, veselīga dzīvesveida veidošanās īpatnībām, izpētītu, kāda ir skolotāja loma priekštatu veidošanā par veselīgu dzīvesveidu un ar kādām metodēm palīdzētu bērniem veidot pozitīvu priekšstatu par veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Darba pētījuma daļā tika analizēta veiktās vecāku anketēšanas iegūtie rezultāti, analizēta saruna ar bērniem, kā arī aprakstītas īstenotās veselīga dzīvesveida aktivitātes un pasākumi, kā arī kvalifikācijas darba autores personīgie novērojumi. Darba noslēgumā kvalifikācijas darba autora izdarīti secinājumi un pievienots izmantotās literatūras saraksts. Author of the qualification work: Daina Kurpniece The head of the job of qualification shall: Valentina Romenkova Subject of the qualification work: Preschool children’s perceptions of a healthy lifestyle promotion The aim of the study is to find out what preprimary school children think of healthy lifestyles and to realise healthy lifestyle promotion activities for pre-school children. The author of the qualification selected this topic because she wanted to update the nature of a healthy lifestyle, to find out how willing parents were to engage in promoting children's awareness of healthy lifestyles. It was important for the author to involve any child in the study group in one of the activities created. The study consists of two parts - the theoretical part of the work and part of the study. In the theoretical part of the work, the author analysed the sources of scientific and pedagogical literature in order to analyse the views of different authors on the nature and structure of a healthy lifestyle of a child of pre-school age, the specific nature of healthy lifestyles, the role of a teacher in pretating healthy lifestyles, and how to help children to develop a positive picture of the a healthy lifestyle. The part of the work study analysed the results of parental testing, analysed conversations with children, and described the activities of healthy lifestyles, as well as the personal observations of the author of the qualification. At the end of the work, conclusions have been drawn by the author of the qualification and a list of literature used has been added.
