Abstract

„Darba vides riski un inovatīvie risinājumi motorzāģa un krūmgrieža operatoriem pagasta pārvaldēs.” Darba autors: Arnis Gabranovs. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Iveta Daugule. Darbs izklāstīts uz 45 lpp., ietver 1 attēlu, 3 tabulas, 2 pielikumus, 21 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par darba vides riskiem motorzāģa un krūmgrieža operatora darbā. Literatūras analīze liecina par to, ka motorzāģa un krūmgrieža operatori ir pakļauti dažādiem darba vides riskiem – fiziskiem, fizioloģiskiem, kā arī psiholoģiskiem un organizatoriskiem. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā lietotā darba vides riska novērtējuma metode. Trešajā daļā ir analizēts veiktais riska novērtējums. Novērots, ka Gulbenes novada pašvaldību iestādēs darba vides riski pastāv, taču uzņēmums rūpējas par to, lai šie riski tiktu minimizēti. Arī paši darbinieki ir atbildīgi un rūpējas par to, lai šie riski tiktu mazināti. Uzņēmums sniedz individuālos aizsardzības līdzekļus un nodrošina apmācības un darba drošības instruktāžu darbiniekiem. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka būtiskāko risku darbiniekiem rada nelaimes gadījumu un traumu risks, kas, ja netiek novērsts, var būt ļoti bīstams darbinieku veselībai un pat dzīvībai. Izmantotās metodes: Somijas 5 baļļu metode darba vides risku novērtēšanai. Risks of the working environment and inovative solutions for chainsaw and brush cuter operators, in Parish adminstrations. The study consists of 3 parts. The first part summarises and analyses the literature on the risks to the working environment of the operator of a power saw and a brush cutter. Literature analysis shows that operators of the chainsaw and brush cutter are exposed to various risks to the working environment – physical, physiological, psychological and organisational. The second part describes the working environment risk assessment method used in the study. The third part analyses the risk assessment carried out. It has been observed that there are risks to the working environment in the local government institutions of Gulbene municipality, but the company ensures that these risks are minimised. Employees themselves are also responsible and make sure these risks are mitigated. The company provides personal protective equipment and provides training and job safety briefings to employees. The results of the study suggest that the most significant risk to employees is the risk of accidents and injuries, which, if not addressed, can be very dangerous to employees' health and even life.
