Futbola 11 m soda sitiena-izpildes ietekmējošie faktori

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums: “Futbola 11 metru soda sitienu izpildes ietekmējošie faktori”. Kvalifikācijas darbā analizējam un novērojam, kā 11-14 gadus jauni futbola grupas audzēkņi izpilda soda sitienus, kas ir tie faktori, kuri ietekmē sitiena izpildes gala rezultātu. Pētījuma mērķis ir uzlabot sitiena izpildījumu, lai apkārt esošie faktori neietekmētu sportista sitiena kvalitāti. Balstoties uz pētījumā gūtajām atziņām, treneriem būtu vieglāk zināt, kuram uzticēt izpildīt 11m soda sitienu. Futbola treniņos pētīt kā spēlētājs sagatavojas gan psiholoģiski, cik fiziski un emocionāli ir sagatavojies spēlētājs. Psiholoģiski - ņemts vērā komandas biedru spiediens pirms sitiena izpildījuma, gan apkārt esošie trokšņi, sanākušie fani tribīnēs, laukuma malā. Gan kā arī pats 11m soda sitiena izpildītājs sagatavojas šim sitienam. Fiziski – kāds būs sitiena izpildījums fiziskas aktivitātes laikā, novērtējot sev priekšā stāvošā vārtsarga atlētiskumu. In the qualification work, we analyze and observe how 11-14 year old students of the football group perform penalty kicks, which are the factors that affect the final result of the kick execution. The aim of the research is to improve the performance of the shot so that surrounding factors do not affect the quality of the athlete's shot. Based on the findings of the study, it would be easier for coaches to know who to entrust with taking the penalty kick. Psychologically - the pressure of teammates before the kick is taken into account, as well as the surrounding noises, fans gathered in the stands, on the side of the field. The work consists of: an introduction, one theory and an empirical part, which includes four tasks. The athletes' physical characteristics, psychological preparation for the coaches' instructions, teammates' instructions, execution of the ball kicking technique and what is the type of kick, why the 11m penalty kick must be performed will be observed/analyzed. Research will be conducted on how an athlete executes an 11m penalty kick with influencing factors, noises, teammates' instructions or, on the contrary, when teammates do not disturb the kicker and allow him to evaluate the situation himself, what is the technique of kicking the ball.
