Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Darba motivāciju noteicošie faktori X, Y un Z paaudzēm” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ir noteicošie motivācijas faktori X, Y un Z paaudzēm darba vidē un veidot priekšlikumus kā organizācijām veidot motivācijas stratēģiju, lai visi paaudžu pārstāvji būtu motivēti strādāt organizācijas labā. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 62 lapas (neiekļaujot pielikumus). Bakalaura darbā ir iekļauti 17 attēli un 7 tabulas, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts sastāv no 53 avotiem un ir pievienoti 2 pielikumi.
The aim of bachelor thesis “Determinants of work motivation for generations X, Y and Z” is to identify the determining motivational factors for X, Y and Z generations in the working environment and to make proposals on how organizations could develop their motivational strategy so that all generations’ representatives are motivated to work for the benefit of the organization. The total volume of work is 62 pages (not including attachments). The Bachelor’s thesis includes 17 images and 7 tables, the list of used literature and sources consists of 53 sources and 2 appendices are attached to the work.
