Iekšējās un ārējās motivācijas saistība ar karjeras redzējumu hokejistiem vecumā no 16 līdz 25 gadiem

Abstract

Hokejs ir viens no 10 populārākajiem sporta veidiem Latvijā, ņemot vērā sportistu skaitu, neskatoties uz salīdzinoši augstajām šī sporta veida izmaksām. Šajā darbā pētīts, kādi ir galvenie motivāciju ietekmējošie faktori un apstākļi, kas motivē vai gluži pretēji kavē sportistu izvēli attiecībā uz viņu perspektīvo karjeru. Mērķis: Izpētīt, vai atrodama saikne starp ārējo un iekšējo motivāciju un hokejistu karjeras redzējumu jauniešu vidū vecumā no 16 līdz 20 gadiem. Uzdevumi: 1. Iepazīties ar dažādām motivācijas teorijām sportā. 2. Iepazīties ar teoriju par karjeras izvēli 3. Apkopot informāciju par respondentu būtiskākajiem motivāciju ietekmējošiem faktoriem. 4. Intervēt jomas speciālistus par dažādiem motivāciju ietkmējošiem faktoriem un to saistību ar sportistu karjeras izvēlēm. 5. Izpēīt, vai redzama korelācija starp dažādiem motivāciju ietekmējošiem faktoriem un respondentu karejeras redzējumu. Pētījumā secināts, ka pastāv būtiskas saistības starp dažādiem psiholoģiskajiem procesiem, tai skaitā motivācijas veidošanos un potenciālo karjeras izvēli hokejistiem vecumā no 16-20 gadiem.

Ice hockey is one of the 10 most popular sports in Latvia, taking into account the number of athletes, despite the relatively high costs of this sport. This work investigates what are the main motivational factors and conditions that motivate or, on the contrary, delay the choice of athletes regarding their prospective career. Purpose: To investigate whether there is a connection between external and internal motivation and hockey players' career vision among young people aged 16 to 20 years. Tasks: 1. To get to know different theories of motivation in sports. 2. To get acquainted with the theory of career choice 3. To collect information about the most important factors influencing the motivation of the respondents. 4. To interview specialists in the field about various factors influencing motivation and their connection with the career choices of athletes. 5. To investigate whether there is a visible correlation between various factors affecting motivation and the respondents' career vision. The study concluded that there are significant connections between various psychological processes, including the formation of motivation and the potential career choice of hockey players aged 16-20.
