Tehniskais risinājums pieejas skola kā mācīšanās organizācija īstenošanas atbalstam izglītības iestādēs

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt tehnisko risinājumu pieejas “skola kā mācīšanās organizācija” novērtēšanai vispārējā izglītībā, aprobēt to praksē, kā arī skolotāju atbalstam izveidot ieteikumu un labās prakses rokasgrāmatu. Lai to īstenotu, tika pētīta zināšanu bāze par pieeju “skola kā mācīšanās organizācija” pasaulē, analizēta mācīšanās analītikas nozīme šīs pieejas īstenošanā, izpētīti vairāki ārvalstīs izstrādātie tehniskie risinājumi pieejas “skola kā mācīšanās organizācija” īstenošanas novērtēšanai. Rezultātā ir izveidots un praksē pārbaudīts tehniskais risinājums pieejas “skola ka mācīšanās organizācija” novērtēšanai, ko skolas personāls var izmantot savas prakses pašvērtējuma veikšanai, kā arī izmantojot labās prakses rokasgrāmatu, iegūt informāciju, kā uzlabot sniegumu. Secināts, ka novērtēšanas tehniskā risinājuma izmantošana datu analītikai ir būtiska, lai noskaidrotu cik lielā mērā skolā tiek īstenota pieeja skola kā mācīšanās organizācija un kādas darbības jāveic, lai skolā tiktu uzlabota pieejas īstenošana. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts ESF projekta “NR. 8.3.6.2/17/I/001 „IZGLĪTĪBAS KVALITĀTES MONITORINGA SISTĒMAS IZVEIDE UN ĪSTENOŠANA” DARBĪBAS NR. 3.2. „ĪSTENOTI PĒTĪJUMU PROGRAMMAS IZGLĪTĪBĀ KOMPONENTPĒTĪJUMI” ĪSTENOŠANU” pētījuma “Modelis un instruments pieejas skola kā mācīšanās organizācija īstenošanas atbalstam izglītības iestādēs” ietvaros. Darbā ir ievietoti 26 attēli, 32 tabulas, izmantot 44 literatūras avoti un pievienoti 5 pielikumi.

The aim of the master thesis is to develop a technical solution for evaluating the "school as a learning organisation" approach in general education, to validate it in practice, and to create a recommendation and good practice guide to support teachers. In order to accomplish this, the knowledge base on "School as an educational organisation" in the world was studied, the importance of learning analytics in the implementation of this approach was analysed, and several technical solutions for evaluating the implementation of "school as an educational organisation" were developed. learning organisation" were searched. As a result, a technical solution for evaluating the School as a Learning Organisation approach has been developed and tested in practice, which can be used by school staff for self-evaluation of their own practice and to provide information on how to improve performance through a good practice guide. It is concluded that the use of an evaluation technical solution for data analytics is essential to find out to what extent the school is implementing the school as a learning organisation approach and what actions need to be taken to improve the implementation of the approach in the school. The master thesis has been developed within the ESF project "NR. 8.3.6.2/17/I/001 "DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EDUCATION QUALITY MONITORING SYSTEM" within the framework of the research "Model and tool to support the implementation of the school as a learning organisation approach in educational institutions".
