"Ergonomiskie un psihosociālie darba riski biroja darbiniekiem, strādājot birojā un attālināti". Darba autore: Linda Buldure. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: asoc. profesore, Dr.med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 86 lpp, ietver 35 attēlus, 12 tabulas, 4 pielikumus, 72 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. "Ergonomic and psychosocial work risks for office employees working in office and remotely". Author of the work: Linda Buldure. Scientific supervisor: associate professor, Dr. med., Ženija Roja. The work is presented on 86 pages, includes 35 figures, 12 tables, 4 appendices, 72 information sources. The study consists of 4 parts. The first part summarizes and analyzes the literature on ergonomic and psychosocial risk factors for office employees, working in the office and remotely. The second part describes the methods used in the research, while the third part contains the collection of the obtained data and the analysis and presentation of the results. Preventive measures have been developed. The obtained research results allow us to conclude that office employees are exposed to ergonomic and psychosocial risk factors, but there is no significant difference between working in the office and remotely. Used methods: rapid exposure control of ergonomic risks, rapid assessment of upper arm strain (Rula method), determination of psychological climate in the workplace, stressors at work and their identification, burnout syndrome test and determination of work ability index.
