Abstract
Pētījumu veica Latvijas Universitātes Bioloģijas fakultātes Augu Fizioloģijas katedrā laikā no 2022. gada novembra līdz 2023. gada februārim. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot kliņģerīšu kā modeļobjekta fizioloģiskās un anatomiskās izmaiņas dažādu svina koncentrāciju ietekmē.
Phytoremediation is soil and water purification method from heavy metals with the help of plants, which does not create excess waste and requires low resources. Even more plants are studied to determine potential hyperaccumulants and how heavy metals affect anatomical and physiological properties of plants. Research was carried out from November 2022 till February 2023 at the Plant Physiology Department in Faculty of Biology, University of Latvia. The aim of this research was to determine marigold as a model object anatomical and physiological changes regarding different lead concentrations.
