Abstract

Bakalaura darbs tika veikts, lai izstrādātu pasākumus aptiekas SIA “Krustpils aptieka” pārvaldības procesu un finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai. Izanalizējot uzņēmuma finansiālos rādītājus var spriest par uzņēmuma darbību un sniegt priekšstatu kādus lēmumus pieņemt nākotnē. Katra uzņēmuma galvenais uzdevums ir palielināt efektivitāti un tādējādi palielinot peļņu.. Arī potenciālie aizdevēji skatās uz finansēm pieņemot lēmumu par aizdevuma piešķiršanu vai nepiešķiršanu uzņēmumam.
