Abstract

Maģistra darbā izstrādāts pārmaiņu vadības rīcības plāns informācijas komunikācijas tehnoloģiju rīka ieviešanai Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijā. Darba pirmā nodaļa sniedz ieskatu pārmaiņu vadības teorijā, pārmaiņu komunicēšanā un cilvēku personību tipos. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstīta maģistra darba empīriskā pētījuma dizains un metodoloģija un trešā nodaļā izstrādāts pārmaiņu vadības rīcības plāns. Secināts, ka Ostervaldera (Osterwalder, 2010) un Pigneur (Pigneur, 2010) biznesa pārvaldības modelis var tikt izmantots, vadot pārmaiņu procesus tehnoloģiju jomā publiskajā pārvaldē.

The aim of the master's thesis is to develop an action plan for change management in a situation where a new information communication technology tool would be introduced in the Ministry of Education and Science. The first chapter of the thesis provides an insight into the theory of change management, change communication and human personality types. The second chapter describes the design and methodology of the empirical research of the master's thesis and the third chapter describes the development of a change management action plan. It is concluded that the business management model of Osterwalder, 2010 and Pigneur, 2010 can be used in managing change processes in the field of technology in public administration.
