Augsnes mezofauna zālāju izmēģinājuma parauglaukumos Latvijas Universitātes Botāniskajā dārzā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek pētītas korelācijas starp mezofaunas populāciju struktūras izmaiņām pie dažādu zālienu apsaimniekošanas veidu ietekmes. Pētījuma materiāls tiek iegūts speciāli kultivētos paraglaukumos Latvijas Universitātes Botāniskajā dārzā, kas izveidoti LIFE integrētā projekta LatViaNature: Natura2000 aizsargājamo teritoriju pārvaldības un apsaimniekošanas optimizācija LIFE19IPE/LV/000010 ietvaros. Darba veikšanai iegūti 60 paraugi no 30 parauglaukumiem, kuros dažādos veidos integrēti 5 apsaimniekošanas veidi, Pētījumā tika apskatīta arī augsnes mitruma kā fona faktora ietekme uz mezofaunu. Bakalaura darbs strukturēts 4 nodaļās: literatūras apskats; materiāli un metodes; rezultāti un diskusija. Bakalaura darba beigās autore ir aprakstījusi arī savus iegūtos secinājumus par apskatītajiem jautājumiem.

In this bachelor thesis correlations between changes in mesofauna population structures and various grassland management practices are being investigated. The research material is obtained from specially cultivated plots in the Botanical Garden of the University of Latvia, which were established within the framework of the LIFE integrated project LatViaNature: Optimising the Governance and Management of the Natura 2000 Protected Areas Network in Latvia LIFE19IPE/LV/000010. For the execution of the study, 60 samples from 30 plots were obtained, where five different management methods were integrated in various ways. The influence of soil moisture as a background factor on mesofauna was also examined in this study. The bachelor's thesis is structured into four chapters: literature review, materials and methods, results, and discussion. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, the author has also described her conclusions regarding the examined issues.
