Abstract
Bakalaura darbā “Karsta procesu izpēte Slokas purvā, izmantojot ģeoradaru” tika veikta Rīgavas līdzenumā un Ķemeru Nacionālā parka teritorijā ietilpstošā Slokas purva gultnes kartēšana, iekļaujot arī purva ezerus. Par cik purvs pēc kartogrāfiskajiem materiāliem atrodas virs Salaspils svītas ģipšiem, kuru izplatības teritorijā ir raksturīga pastiprināta karsta kriteņu veidošanās to vieglās šķīdības dēļ, ir iespējama karsta procesu klātbūtne purva gultnē. Purva gultnes kartēšana veikta ar ģeoradara palīdzību. Papildus purva gultnes kartēšanai ir veikti 4 urbumi kūdras un purva gultnes raksturošanai, kā arī kūdras dielektriskās caurlaidības aprēķināšanai, kas savukārt bija nepieciešama pareizas purva gultnes kartes izstrādei.
In the bachelor's thesis “Investigation of karst processes in the Sloka bog using ground- penetrating radar”, the mapping of the Sloka bog bed in the Rīgava plain and the territory of the Ķemeru National Park was carried out, including the lakes of the bog. According to the cartographic materials, as the bog is located above the gypsum of the Salaspils formation, whose area of distribution is characterized by the increased formation of karst sinkholes due to its easy solubility, the presence of karst processes in the bog bed is possible. Mapping of the bog bed was carried out with the help of ground penetrating radar (GPR). In addition to the mapping of the bog bed, 4 boreholes have been made to characterize the peat and the bog bed, as well as to calculate the dielectric permeability of the peat, which in turn was necessary for the creation of a correct map of the bog bed.
