Apzīmētāju palīgteikumu lietojums tiešsaistes laikrakstu rakstos

Abstract

Iepriekšējie pētījumi par palīgteikumu lietojumu tiešsaistes laikrakstos atklāja, ka to lietošana ir atkarīga no laikraksta reģistra un rakstīšanas stila. Tādējādi šā darba mērķis ir analizēt apzīmētāju palīgteikumu un to saistītājvārdu lietojumu divdesmit četros tiešsaistes laikrakstu rakstos. Izmantotās pētījuma metodes ir diskursa un statistiskā analīze. Rezultāti liecina, ka kvalitatīvās preses laikraksti kopumā apzīmētāju palīgteikumu veidus izmanto biežāk, jo tie detalizētāk attēlo minētos notikumus. Ierobežojuma apzīmētāju palīgteikuma veids tika visbiežāk lietots abos laikrakstos, jo tas sniedz saliedētāku informāciju par lietvārdiem. Kā arī analīzes laikā tika atklāts, ka apzīmētāju lietvārdi ir visvairāk izmantotie abu laikrakstu veidos, jo tiem ir visplašākais formu un funkciju klāsts.

Prior research on the use of dependent clauses in online newspapers have revealed that their use is dependent on the newspaper’s register and writing style. Thus, the goal of the present paper is to analyse the use of relative clauses and their linkers in twenty-four online newspaper articles. The empirical methods used are discourse and statistical analyses. The results showed that the quality press newspaper uses in general relative clause types more frequently, due to them portraying events in greater detail. The restrictive clause type was the most frequently used in both newspapers, as it gives information about the noun in a more cohesive way. It was also found that the relative pronoun linkers were the most used ones in both newspaper types, as they have the greatest range of forms and functions.
