Datortomogrāfija pēdas locītavai traumas gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Datortomogrāfija pēdas locītavai traumas gadījumā”. Bakalaura darbā apkopota un analizēta literatūra, kā arī veikts pētījums. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, pētniecības daļas, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Teorētiskajā daļā izanalizēta un apkopota literatūra par pēdas locītavas normālo un radioloģisko anatomiju, traumu veidiem un datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu. Pētniecības daļā retrospektīvi kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā metodē apkopoti 50 datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumi, balstoties uz teorētiskajā daļā izvirzītajiem attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem un to standartiem. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt pēdas locītavas traumas gadījumā izmeklējumu kvalitātes kritērijus datortomogrāfijas metodē. Darba kopējais apjoms ir 41 lappuses, kas sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām un 10 apakšnodaļām, darbā iekļauti 4 pielikumi, 18 attēli, no kuriem 9 ir pētījuma diagrammas, veikti 6 secinājumi un 1 priekšlikums. Bakalaura darba izveidei izmantots 31 literatūras avots.

The theme of bachelor thesis„ Computed tomography of ankle joint in case of injuries”. The literature were collected and analyzed for the bachelor's thesis and research was conducted. The bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, a theoretical part, a research part, conclusions and proposals. In the theoretical part are analyzed and summarized the literature on the normal and radiological anatomy of the ankle joint, types of injuries and computed tomography examination. In the research part, 50 computed tomography (CT) scans were collected by retrospectively qualitative and quantitative methods, based on the image quality criteria and their standards set out in the theoretical part. The aim of the bachelor is to evaluate the image quality criteria in computed tomography for ankle joint injuries. The total volume of the work is 41 pages, consisting of an introduction, 4 chapters and 10 sub-chapters, the work includes 4 appendices, 18 images, 9 of which are research diagrams, 6 conclusions and 1 proposal. 31 literature sources have been used for the elaboration of the bachelor thesis.
