Saules aizsarglīdzekļi un to ietekme uz ādas veselību

Abstract

Pēdējos gados saules aizsarglīdzekļu lietošanai ir pievērsta liela uzmanība, jo pieaug bažas par ādas veselību un tās saistību ar saules radītiem bojājumiem. Tāpēc lielāks uzsvars ir likts uz izglītošanu par aizsardzību pret sauli. Šī pētījumā ietvaros tiek noskaidrots, ka 49% no respondentiem ir apdeguši saulē 2-4 reizes dzīves laikā, kas ievērojami palielina ādas vēžu risku. No respondentiem 60% nezina, ka ir arī medikamenti, kuri var paaugstināt ādas fotosensitivitāti (paaugstināta ādas jutība pret saules stariem). Arī ar aptaujas palīdzību tika pētīts, cik pareizi tiek lietots saules aizsarglīdzekli un cik lielas ir respondentu zināšanas par tiem, lai vēlāk caur farmaceitiskās aprūpes sniegšanu to varētu uzlabot.

In recent years, the use of sunscreens has received a lot of attention due to growing concerns about skin health related to sun damage. Therefore, more emphasis has been placed on education about sun protection. The study has found that 49% of the respondents were sunburned 2-4 times during their lifetime, which significantly increases the risk of skin cancer. Also 60% respondents do not know that there are also medications that can increase skin photosensitivity (increased skin sensitivity to sunlight). Using the survey, it was studied how correctly sunscreen is used and how many knowledge respondents have about them, so that could be improved later through pharmaceutical care.
