Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Infekciju kontroles pasākumu novērtējums pēcoperācijas ķirurģiskas brūces aprūpes laikā”. Darba aktualitāte un tēmas izvēle ir saistītas kontroles pasākumu nodrošināšanu pēcoperācijas ķirurģiskās brūces aprūpē. Medicīnas personāla atbilstoša kontroles pasākumu nodrošināšana samazina kontamināciju, kas savukārt samazina inficēšanas riskus gan pašiem pacientam, gan medicīnas personālam. Tas palīdz uzlabot pacienta imunitāti un pacienta atveseļošanu. Darba mērķis novērtēt infekciju kontroles pasākumus pēcoperācijas ķirurģiskas brūces aprūpes laikā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir sekojoši: veikt zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par māsu teorijas pielietojumu darba ietvaros, pēcoperācijas ķirurģiskas brūces raksturojumu, ķirurģiskās brūces infekcijas prevenciju un infekciju kontroles pasākumiem, sagatavot protokolu un iekļaut to novērojumā; veikt iegūto rezultātu analīzi; izdarīt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājums – Kā tiek ievēroti infekciju kontroles pasākumi pēcoperācijas ķirurģiskas brūces aprūpes laikā? Tika izvēlēts kvalitatīvais pētniecības veids, un pētniecības instruments ir protokols. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļā tika veikta literatūras analīze par pēcoperācijas ķirurģiskām brūcēm, infekcijas kontroles pasākumiem. Pētnieciskajā daļā ir apkopoti pētnieciskā darba rezultāti par novērojumu protokolu. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka respondenti lielākoties pildīja infekcijas kontroles pasākumus pēcoperācijas ķirurģiskas brūces aprūpes laikā. Bachelor thesis – “Assessment of Infection Control Measures in Postoperative Surgical Wound Care”. The relevance of the work and the choice of the topic are related to the provision of control measures in the care of the postoperative surgical wound. Ensuring appropriate control measures by medical staff reduces contamination, which in turn reduces the risk of infection for both the patient and medical staff. It helps improve the patient's immunity and the patient's recovery. The purpose of this work is to assess infection control measures during postoperative surgical wound care. The tasks of research are as follows: to analyze scientific literature on nursing theory, postoperative surgical wound characteristics, infection prevention, and infection control measures; to develop a protocol and incorporate it into the observation process; to analyze the obtained results; and to draw conclusions. Research question – How are infection control measures adhered to during postoperative surgical wound care? The type of research was chosen as qualitative and research tool is the protocol. The study consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes a literature analysis on postoperative surgical wounds and infection control measures. In the research section, the results of the observation protocol are summarized. The study results indicate that the respondents mostly followed infection control measures during postoperative surgical wound care. Keywords postoperative surgical wound, infection control measures.
