Funkcionālu viendimensiju kodola-apvalka heterostruktūru sintēze, izmantojot metālu oksīdu saturošu nanovadu selenizāciju. Dipāne L., maģistra darba vadītājs Dr. phys. Butanovs E. (LU CFI). Synthesis of functional one-dimensional core-shell heterostructures via metal oxide based nanowire selenization. Dipane L., research project supervisor Dr. phys. Butanovs E. (ISSP UL). Research project in physical chemistry, 34 pages, 17 figures, 74 literatures references. In Latvian. In the work, Ga2O3 and ZnSe nanowires (NW) were synthesized using the chemical vapor transport method and novel core-shell NW heterostructures were developed using them as a core. Ga2O3 NWs were selenized to obtain Ga2O3-Ga2Se3 core-shell NWs. ZnSe NWs were coated with rhenium and rhenium oxide to obtain ZnSe-Re and ZnSe-ReOx core-shell NWs, respectively, which were then selenized to develop ZnSe-ReSe2 core-shell NWs. The heterostructure of the new core-shell NWs was analyzed using scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
