Tīmekļa vietnes priekšgala veiktspējas optimizācija

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tika izpētīta teorija par tīmekļa lapas renderēšanas procesu un tīmekļa vietnes priekšgala veiktspējas metrikām. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikta priekšgala veiktspējas novērtēšana un optimizācija e-komercijas tīmekļa vietnei. Optimizācijas pasākumi iekļauj attēlu, CSS un JavaScript pirmkoda optimizāciju. Optimizācija tika veikta uz sekojošām tīmekļu lapām: mājas lapa, produktu saraksta lapa un produkta apraksta lapa. Pēc katra veikta optimizācijas pasākuma tika sniegts pārskats ar iegūtiem veiktspējas rezultātiem, ka arī analīze par izmaiņām metriku mērījumos. Darba rezultāts ir optimizēta tīmekļa vietne kopā ar analīzi par optimizēšanas pasākumu ietekmi uz priekšgala veiktspējas metrikām.

In the bachelor's thesis, the theory of web page rendering process and front-end performance metrics of a website were studied. The practical part involved assessing and optimizing the front-end performance of an e-commerce website. Optimization procedures included optimization of images, CSS, and JavaScript source code. The optimization was performed on the following web pages: homepage, product listing page, and product description page. After each implemented optimization procedure, an overview with the obtained performance results and an analysis of changes in metric measurements were provided. The result of the work is an optimized website, along with an analysis of the impact of optimization procedures on front-end performance metrics.
