Viens no dažādu jomu uzņēmumu galvenajiem uzdevumiem ir efektīvu darbaspēka vadības metožu meklēšana, kas nodrošina cilvēciskā faktora aktivizēšanu un labāko ražošanas rezultātu sasniegšanu. Darbinieku motivācija ir būtiska, lai nodrošinātu darbinieku iesaistīšanos, produktivitāti un darba apmierinātību. Mūsdienās strauji mainīgajā darba vidē ir svarīgi apzināties un pievērst uzmanību dažādām motivācijas aktualitātēm, kas var atšķirties starp darbiniekiem un var būt atkarīgi no uzņēmuma darbības jomas. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētiskām atziņām un empīrisko pētījumu, izstrādāt pasākumus darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā Adidas Baltics. Darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā sniegts motivācijas teorētisks raksturojums, ieskaitot dažādu motivācijas teoriju skaidrojumu, motivācijas veidu izpēti un neliels salīdzinājums motivācijas pieeju atšķirībās starp dažādām valstīm. Otrajā nodaļā raksturota darbinieku motivācija uzņēmumā Adidas Baltic, bet trešajā nodaļā veikts empīrisks pētījums par uzņēmuma Adidas Baltic darbinieku būtiskākajiem ietekmējošajiem faktoriem, kas nosaka to motivāciju. Darba nobeigumā apkopoti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi motivācijas pilnveidošanai pētāmajā uzņēmumā. Kopējais lappušu skaits 73, tai skaitā 6 tabulas, 31 attēls, 3 pielikumi One of the main tasks for companies in various fields is to search for effective methods of workforce management that ensure the activation of the human factor and the achievement of the best production results. Employee motivation is crucial to ensure employee engagement, productivity and job satisfaction. In the rapidly changing work environment of today, it is important to be aware of and pay attention to various contemporary motivating factors that may differ among employees and depend on the industry in which the company operates. The aim of this work is to develop measures for improving the employee motivation system at Adidas Baltic based on theoretical knowledge and empirical research. The work consists of three parts. The first part provides a theoretical description of motivation, including explanations of various motivation theories, an exploration of different types of motivation, and a brief comparison of motivational approaches across different countries. Employee motivation in Adidas Baltics company is characterized In the second part, while the third part presents an empirical study of the key influencing factors that determine the motivation of employees in Adidas Baltic. The conclusions are summarized and recommendations to enhance motivation in the researched company are developed at the end of the work. The volume of the work is 73 pages.
