Izlases reprezentativitātes analīze adaptīvās datu vākšanas gadījumā

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tiek pētīta reprezentatīva atbilde un metodes datu kvalitātes uzlabošanai caur adaptīvo izlases dizainu un svēršanu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek izpētīts adaptīvais dizains, R-indikatori un izlases svēršana. Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīts pētījums, kas tika izstrādāts Centrālajā Statistikas Pārvaldē, kas koncentrējas uz Pieaugušo Izglītības Apsekojuma 2022 datu analīzes. Šīs pētījums izmeklē R-indikatoru un mērķa mainīgo novērtējumu kā arī to precizitātes izmaiņas, izmantojot vairākus svarus ar nerespondences un atbildes varbūtību korekciju, datu vākšanas procesā.

This diploma thesis investigates representative response, and ways to increase data quality through adaptive survey design and weighting. In the theoretical part of the work R-indicators, adaptive design and survey weighting are explored. In the practical part of the work is described a study conducted at the Central statistical bureau of Latvia and is focused on analyzing data from the Adult Education Survey 2022. This study investigates changes in R-indicators as well as changes in estimators of target variables using multiple weights with non-response and response propensity correction during the data collection process.
