Vienotā darba apģērba etiķetes ievešana: māsas fiziskās un psiholoģiskās labizjūtas izvērtējums

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma “Vienotā darba apģērba etiķetes ievešana: māsas fiziskās un psiholoģiskās labizjūtas izvērtējums”. Mērķis – noskaidrot, kā obligātais slimnīcas darba apģērbs ietekmē māsu fizisko un psiholoģisko labizjūtu. Teorētiskajā daļā analizēts darba apģērba fiziskās un psiholoģiskās labizjūtas aspekti. Latvijā un citās valstīs, nav pētījumu, kas būtu vērtējuši obligāta, vienota māsu darba apģērba labizjūtas komfortu. Valsts mērogā māsu skaits turpina samazināties, bet slodze uz esošo māsu skaitu tiek palielināta, tieši tāpēc ļoti svarīgi darba devējam nodrošināt savu darbinieku darba vides komfortu, tajā skaita arī pielāgot darba apģērbu. Darba apģērba komforts ir cieši saistīts ar māsu darba vides labizjūtu. Pētījuma autore izstrādāja anketu, kas saistīta ar darba apģērba valkātāja daudzfunkcionālo komforta labizjūtu un tā ietekmi uz māsu profesionālām vērtībām un starppersonu attiecībām. Pētījums veikts vienas LV slimnīcas ietvaros papīra un elektroniskā formātā, anonīmi aptauja piedalījās n = 130 māsas, kuras valkā obligāto darba apģērbu. Apkopojot fiziskās un psiholoģiskās labizjūtas tabulas, 30 % respondentu atzīmēja kā viņiem svarīgā fiziskā un psiholoģiskā darba apģērba labizjūta, vēl lielāks respondentu skaits 47 % uzskata darba apģērba fizisko un psiholoģisko labizjūtu par ļoti svarīgu. Pētījuma rezultāts - darba apģērbs ietekmē māsu fizisko un psiholoģisko labsajūtu komfortu.

The topic of the master's thesis, "Introduction of uniform work clothing etiquette: evaluation of nurses' physical and psychological well-being," aims to find out how mandatory hospital work clothes affect nurses' physical and psychological well-being. The theoretical part analyzes the physical and psychological well-being aspects of work clothes. In Latvia and other countries, there have yet to be studies that have assessed the comfort level of compulsory, uniform nursing work clothes. The number of nationwide nurses continues to decrease; thus, the load on the existing number of nurses is increased. That is why the employer needs to ensure the comfort of the working environment of his employees, including customized work clothes. The convenience of work clothes is closely related to nurses' work environment well- being. The author developed a questionnaire on the relationship between the multi-functional comfort of the wearer of work clothes and its impact on nurses' professional values and interpersonal relationships. The research was conducted within one LV hospital in paper and electronic format; n = 130 nurses who wear mandatory work clothes participated in the anonymous survey. Summarizing the tables of physical and psychological well-being, 30% of respondents marked the physical and psychological well-being of work clothes as important to them, an even larger number of respondents, 47%, consider the physical and psychological well-being of work clothes to be very important. As a result of the study, work clothes affect nurses' physical and psychological well-being.
