Stomas pacienta postoperatīvā aprūpe

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros “Stomas pacientu postoperatīvā aprūpe” tika veikts pētījums, ar mērķi noskaidrot stomas pacientu aprūpi postoperācijas periodā. Pētījuma hipotēze – Māsas postoperatīvajā periodā pacientiem sniedz daļēju psihoemocionālo un realizē fizisko aprūpi pēc stomas izveides. Pētījuma metode ir kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls pētījums. Lai sasniegtu pētījumā izvirzīto mērķi tika izmantota autores veidota aptaujas anketa. Aptauja tika veikta no 2023. gada 15. maija līdz 2023. gada 21. maijam. Tika aptaujātas 100 vispārējas aprūpes māsas, kuras aprūpē pacientus ar stomu postoperatīvajā periodā. Darbs sastāv no anotācijas latviešu un angļu valodā, satura, ievada, 4 nodaļām, 3 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, 2 pielikumiem. Darbā ievietotas 7 tabulas un 6 attēli, izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti. Darbs sastāv no 35 lapaspusēm bez pielikumiem. Pētījuma teorijas pirmajā daļā tiek aprakstīti stomas veidi un to aprūpe. Teorijas otrajā daļā tiek aprakstīta Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes teorija. Pētījumā tika apstiprināta hipotēze, jo māsas postoperatīvajā periodā pacientiem sniedz daļēju psihoemocionālo aprūpi un realizē fizisko aprūpi pēc stomas izveides. Māsas lielu uzmanību vērš tieši fiziskajām vajadzībām, tomēr neaizmirstot arī par pašaprūpes spēju celšanu un veicināšanu. Lai noteiktu objektīvi pacientu stomu aprūpi, būtu nepieciešams veikt kvalitatīvu pētījumu ar novērošanas protokolu, un veikt pacientu aprūpes novērošanu balstoties uz zinātniskās literatūras teoriju par pacientu pašaprūpes celšanu un nodrošināšanu. In Bachelor’s paper “Postoperative care of stoma patients” a research was done in order to find out the care of stoma patients in the postoperative period. The hypothesis of the study – In the postoperative period, nurses provide patients with partial psycho-emotional and physical care after creating a stoma. The research method is a quantitative non-experimental study. In order to achieve the goal set in the study, a questionnaire created by the author was used. The survey was conducted from May 15th 2023 to May 21th 2023. 100 nurses, who care for patients with a stoma in the postoperative period where interviewed. The work consists of an annotation in Latvian and English, contents, introduction, 4 chapters, 3 subchapters conclusions, 2 appendices. The work contains 7 tables and 6 images, 33 literature sources were used. The work consists of 35 pages without attachments. The first part of the research theory describes the types of stoma and their care. The second part of the theory describes Dorothea Orem’s theory of self-care. The hypothesis was confirmed in the study, because nurses provide partial psycho-emotional care to patients in the postoperative period and implement physical care after creating of a stoma. Nurses pay a lot of attention to physical needs, not forgetting to raise and promote self-care skills. In order to determine objectively the stoma care of patients, it would be necessary to conduct a qualitative study with an observation protocol, and to conduct observation of the patient care based on the theory of scientific literature on raising and ensuring patient self-care.
