Pacientu aprūpe ar COVID-19 neiroloģiskām komplikācijām

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpe ar COVID-19 neiroloģiskām komplikācijām” ir izvēlēta, lai veiktu uzlabojumus aprūpē pacientiem ar neiroloģiskām komplikācijām pēc COVID-19. Sāpes, tirpšana plaukstās un pēdās, ožas zudums, miega traucējumi un citas neiroloģiska rakstura problēmas aizvien biežāk seko pēc pārslimota Covid-19. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpi pacientiem ar COVID-19 neiroloģiskām komplikācijām. Autores veiktais pētījums pierāda, ka ir nepieciešamas aprūpes vadlīnijas, lai izvairītos no kļūdām un nepilnībām, veicot aprūpi pacientiem ar neiroloģiskām komplikācijām pēc COVID-19. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi - analizēt literatūru par COVID-19 neiroloģiskām komplikācijām un to aprūpi; pielietot D. Oremas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar pacientu aprūpi; izveidot pētījuma instrumentu un veikt interviju; veikt informācijas apkopošanu un analīzi; veikt secinājumus. Darba autore izvirzīja pētījuma jautājumu - Kāda ir pacientu aprūpe ar COVID-19 neiroloģiskām komplikācijām? Pētījuma metode, kura tika izmantota bakalaura darbā - kvalitatīvā metode ar kontentanalīzi.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis "Care of patients with neurological complications after COVID-19" is chosen to improve the care of patients with neurological complications after COVID-19. Pain, tingling in hands and feet, loss of smell, sleep disorders and other neurological problems are increasingly common after contracting Covid-19. The aim of the work is to clarify care for patients with neurological complications after COVID-19. The study conducted by the author proves that care guidelines are needed to avoid mistakes and gaps in the care of patients with neurological complications after COVID-19. Bachelor thesis tasks - to analyze the literature on neurological complications after COVID-19 and their care; apply D. Orem's nursing theory in relation to patient care; create a research instrument and conduct an interview; to collect and analyze information; draw conclusions. The author of the paper raised the research question - What is the care of patients with neurological complications after COVID-19? Qualitative research method with contentanalysis is used in the bachelor's thesis.
