Bakalaura darbā “Laime - likuma mērķis” tiek analizēta laimes koncepcija tiesību teorijas un tiesību filozofijas kontekstā. Tajā tiek apskatīta laimes jēdziena transformācija no antīkās pasaules uztveres līdz pat mūsdienu tiesiskajam regulējumam. Darbā akcentēta Džona Loka, utilitārisma pārstāvju un citu domātāju pieeja laimes traktējumam. Vienlaikus analizētas arī mūsdienu tiesību kolīzijas attiecībā uz laimes jēdziena implementāciju. Darbā tiek izvirzīts pieņēmums, ka nepieciešams nostiprināt laimi kā vienu no cilvēka pamattiesībām, papildinot Latvijas Republikas Satversmi. Tas padarītu likumdošanas un valsts politikas mērķus vērstus uz pilsoņu labklājības un laimes līmeņa paaugstināšanu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt laimes koncepciju tiesību filozofijā un izvērtēt tās nostiprināšanas iespējas mūsdienu tiesībās. Darba objekts ir laimes jēdziens tiesību filozofijā. Darba pētījuma priekšmets ir laimes jēdziena izpratnes attīstība un tā reglamentējums mūsdienu tiesībās. Kopumā bakalaura darbs sniedz padziļinātu izpratni par laimes nozīmi cilvēka eksistencei, aktualizējot tās nostiprināšanas nepieciešamību tiesību sistēmā. The bachelor thesis “Happiness - the aim of the law” analyzes the concept of happiness in the context of legal theory and philosophy of law. It examines the transformation of the concept of happiness from the perception of the ancient world to the modern legal framework. The work emphasizes the approach of John Locke, representatives of utilitarianism and other thinkers to the treatment of happiness. At the same time, contemporary legal conflicts regarding the implementation of the concept of happiness are also analyzed. The paper puts forward the assumption that it is necessary to strengthen happiness as one of the basic human rights by supplementing the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia. This would make the goals of legislation and public policy aimed at increasing the level of well-being and happiness of citizens. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the concept of happiness in the philosophy of law and to evaluate the possibilities of strengthening it in modern law. The subject of the work is the concept of happiness in legal philosophy. The subject of the research is the development of the understanding of the concept of happiness and its regulation in modern law. In general, the bachelor's thesis provides a deeper understanding of the importance of happiness for human existence, highlighting the need to strengthen it in the legal system.
