Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir- “Pēctecība sociālajā darbā ar jauniešiem ieslodzījuma vietā un pēc tam”. Bakalaura darba mērķis izpētīt kā tiek īstenota pēctecība sociālajā darbā ar jauniešiem ieslodzījuma vietā un pēc tam. Bakalaura darbā autore izmanto atkarību teorijas, sociālās iekļaušanās, sociālās atstumtības un sociālās mācīšanās teoriju elementus atbilstoši darba iecerei. Bakalaura darbā tiek izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījumu metode, kas pielietota veicot daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar intervijas ar Ieslodzījuma vietu pārvaldes, Valsts Probācijas dienesta un Balvu novada Sociālās Pārvaldes sociālajiem darbiniekiem un citiem iesaistītajiem speciālistiem, kā arī jauniešiem, kas atrodas un ir atgriezušies no ieslodzījuma vietas. Pētījumā secināts, ka ieslodzījuma vietā jaunietis saņem psihologa atbalstu, viņam tiek nodrošināta izglītības apguve, kā arī prasmju pilnveide, ir pieejamas sociālās programmas, būtiskākās problēmas darbā ar jaunieti ieslodzījuma vietā ir jaunieša motivācijas trūkums un ieslodzījuma vietas informācijas trūkums no citām iestādēm, sadarbība ar sociālajiem dienestiem, bet kā pēctecības pasākumi tiek piedāvāti dažāda veida atbalsts konsultāciju ietvaros, psihologa atbalsts, neliels finansiāls atbalsts un palīdzība ikdienas jautājumu risināšanā, galvenokārt mājokļa jautājuma risināšanā, netiek piedāvātas konkrētas izglītības apguves, nav skaidras stratēģijas jaunieša motivēšanai un attīstīšanai.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is “Succession in social work with young people in prison and after”. The aim of the bachelor's work is how to ensure continuity in social work with young people in prison and after. In her bachelor's work, the author uses the elements of addiction theory, social inclusion, social exclusion and social learning theories in accordance with the work's design. The bachelor's thesis uses a qualitative research method, which is structured interviews with the social workers of the Prison Administration, the State Probation Service and Balvu County Social Administration and other involved specialists, as well as young people who are in and have returned from prisons. The study concluded that the young person receives psychological support in the prison, he is provided with education as well as skill development, social programs are available, the main problems in working with the young person in the prison are the lack of motivation of the young person and the lack of information about the prison, cooperation with social. services, but succession measures are offered in the framework of various types of support consultations, psychologist support, small financial support and help in solving everyday issues, in solving the issue of nomination, no specific education is offered, there is no clear strategy for the young person's motivation and development.
