Aprūpe pacientēm ar krūts vēzi stacionārā pēc mastektomijas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Aprūpe pacientēm ar krūts vēzi stacionārā pēc mastektomijas”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot aprūpi pacientēm ar krūts vēzi stacionārā pēc mastektomijas. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, kurā pētniecības instruments bija daļēji strukturēti intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma respondenti bija 9 vispārējās aprūpes māsas, kuras strādā stacionārā ar pacientēm pēc mastektomijas. Pētījumā iegūtie dati tika apstrādāti veicot kontentanalīzi. Pētījuma rezultātā autore secināja, ka pacientes atveseļošanās procesā primāri svarīga loma ir ne tikai kvalitatīvai fiziskai aprūpei, bet arī psiholoģiskai aprūpei. Komunikācija starp vispārējās aprūpes māsām un pacientēm ir ļoti svarīgs un nozīmīgs posms uz ātrāku pacientes neatkarību un atlabšanu.

The topic of the bachelor's degree is "Care of patients with breast cancer in hospital after mastectomy". The aim of the work is to clarify care for patients with breast cancer in hospital after mastectomy. To achieve the objective, the qualitative research method was used, in which the research instrument was semi-structured interview questions. The respondents in the study were 9 general care nurses who work in an inpatient setting with post-mastectomy patients. The data obtained in the study were processed by content analysis. As a result of the research, the author concluded that not only qualitative physical care is important, but also psychological care plays a very important role in the patient's recovery process. Communication between the general care team and the patient is a very important and significant step towards the patient's independence and recovery.
